Classroom training for personnel responsible for the handling or clearance of dangerous goods shipments (function code: C+F / IATA 7.3)
Target group:
Employees of air freight agents or forwarding agents who issue air waybills for dangerous goods shipments as well as employees of ground handling service providers and air carriers who carry out acceptance checks – excluding class 7 (radioactive substances)

- Module 0: Understanding Dangerous Goods Basics (Understanding Dangerous Goods Basics/Understanding General Limitations/Determining Roles and Responsibilities/Understanding Importance of Classification & Packaging/Understanding Hazard Communication/Familiarizing with Basic Emergency Procedures)
- Module 3: Freight processing/acceptance (check documentation/check package(s)/execute acceptance procedure)
- Module 7: Collecting safety data (reporting of dangerous goods accidents, dangerous goods incidents, undeclared/incorrectly declared dangerous goods and dangerous goods incidents)
